[MUST READ] Appathon Confirmation and Important Notes

Thank you so much for signing up for the Appathon. We are super excited to have you participate in this event. Please read these next 4 notes CAREFULLY:
(1) REGISTRATION Although you are registered through Devpost, make sure to also register through our form at https://tiny.cc/AppathonRegistration(2) COMMUNICATION Our two primary forms of communication will be through Discord and Email. Please make sure that you have joined our discord (https://discord.gg/nzzV6xu6jN) if you haven't already and make sure to react to the Appathon role in the server once you join. (3) EVENT REQUIREMENTS The Appathon is a combination of both a competition and a conference. In order to have a chance at winning awards (totaling > $20k), you must attend a certain number of events. Please fill out this form indicating which events you will attend over Zoom. Failure to attend the events you sign up for will result in disqualification from the competition. (4) SUBMISSIONS: Please remember that the submission period closes August 7, 11:59 pm PDT. Submit here and view the guidelines here. Unlike most hackathons, our event allows you to submit business pitches and write-ups especially for beginners. Specific information about prizes can be viewed on our devpost page (even if you don't win, you'll still get prizes!!). This event is hosted by App Dev League, a non profit dedicated to providing young students (with a focus on underrepresented demographics) the skills to succeed in software development.
